1. Estimated Time of Delivery and Timelines
For orders to be processed and shipped on the same day, they must be placed by **8:00 PM IST** on the day of delivery.
- Standard Delivery Window: Our standard delivery hours are between **9:00 AM** and **9:00 PM**. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time within this window.
- Time Slot Requests: Customers may request specific delivery times by selecting a particular time slot. While we make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee 100% adherence. The order may be delivered at any time during the date selected.
- Fixed-Time Delivery: An extra charge applies for fixed-time delivery requests. Please note that there is a possibility of the order being delivered slightly before or after the specified time slot. In such instances, customers may only claim a refund for the extra amount paid for the fixed-time service. **The order cannot be cancelled in such cases.**
- Exceptional Circumstances: Delivery timings, even if promised, cannot be guaranteed in the event of exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, public bandhs, and high-volume days (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, New Year's Eve). In these cases, order cancellation will not be possible.
- Valentine's Day Midnight Delivery: Deliveries for Valentine's Day Midnight will be made between **10:00 PM** and **1:00 AM**.
2. Customer Communication and Support
- Delivery Communications: All critical communications related to deliveries, including sending invoices, delivery confirmations, and addressing delivery-related issues, will be conducted **exclusively via email**.
- Phone/WhatsApp Use: The provided phone lines and WhatsApp numbers are strictly for assistance in placing orders or addressing pre-order queries only.
- Order Status/Issues: For any queries related to order status or issues with orders, customers **must email support@floribee.com**. All communications regarding active orders will be conducted solely through email. We are not obligated to meet customers in person at our office or engage over the phone for order issue resolution.
3. Price Reductions and Discounts
All decisions regarding discounts and offers are made solely by the Floribee team. **Discounts and offers may not be combined.**
4. Changing Recipient Address
- An address change request made at least **forty-eight (48) hours** before the scheduled delivery date will be processed at no additional cost.
- Any change requests received after this 48-hour deadline will **not** be entertained, and the order will not be eligible for cancellation.
- For products from the gift department that require third-party courier services, a change of address is **not an option** after the product has been shipped.
5. Order Modification
- A request for modification to the order details must be made at least **forty-eight (48) hours** before the scheduled delivery. We will accommodate the change and make any necessary monetary adjustments.
- Any change requests received after the 48-hour deadline will **not** be entertained, and the order will not be eligible for cancellation.
6. Product Imagery and Substitution
Due to seasonal variations and local availability, the final flower arrangements, cake designs, and product components may not be an exact replica of the images displayed on the site. In the event that substitutions are necessary:
- Substitutions will be of the **same or higher quality** than the original products.
- The quantity of the product will remain the same.
- The frosting and design of the cake may differ from the photograph based on local availability.
7. Damaged Deliveries Investigation
We will only investigate allegations of damaged products or flowers on the day of delivery, provided the report is submitted within the **first twenty-four (24) hours** after delivery. The issue report must be accompanied by sufficient evidence (photographs) of the damage.
8. Delivery Rules and Completion
A delivery will be considered successfully completed in the following scenarios:
- The delivery is made following the explicit delivery instructions. If instructions indicate delivery only to the recipient, but the recipient is inaccessible, the order will still be considered delivered.
- The recipient is not accessible/available.
- The door to the premises is locked, preventing delivery.
- We are unable to contact the recipient due to incorrect landline, mobile, or extension numbers, or due to network issues (e.g., number switched off or out of coverage).
- The recipient refuses to accept delivery of the package.
- The product is delivered to a proxy location such as the Gate, the Reception, or a Neighbor.
9. Guidelines for Product Substitutions
Due to temporary and global availability concerns, substitution of flowers or containers may be necessary. Our skilled florists will ensure that the overall design, gift value, and color scheme are maintained, and replacements will only be made with items of **equal or higher value**. We reserve the right to provide an alternative product of equal or greater value if the originally requested product (including the specific color) is unavailable.
10. Rules for Duplicate Orders
If Floribee identifies that the same order has been placed twice, we will make every effort to contact the customer for clarification. If the customer cannot be reached, we shall decide on their behalf, and that decision will be final.
11. Handling Customers Who Have Committed Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse an order or permanently ban any customer without being answerable to anybody if we find any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, providing an incorrect address, sending an unethical message, requesting unusual delivery timings, or any other cause deemed suspicious.
12. Rules for Unjustified Recipient Award
If an order cannot be received by the intended recipient due to strict instructions that prevent delivery to anyone else, the order will be considered delivered, and **no reimbursement will be issued**.
13. Courier-Based Deliveries (Gift Department)
- All products requiring a courier will be sent via third-party services like BlueDart, FedEx, or comparable providers.
- We cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date or time estimate for such orders.
- Every order will be delivered between the hours of **9:00 AM and 9:00 PM**.
- Shipping time might range from **three (3) to nine (9) days**, depending on the item, its availability, and other logistical factors.
14. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt Policy
An order will be considered an "Attempted Delivery" if delivery cannot be completed due to, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- The order is not delivered on the scheduled date for unavoidable logistical reasons.
- The Recipient is unavailable at the given address or refuses acceptance.
- The delivery location is inaccessible (e.g., Door Locked).
- The Recipient's contact number is unreachable (e.g., switched off or out of coverage).
- The delivery address contains an incorrect pincode or is deemed too far for standard service.
In case of a delivery issue, the customer will be immediately notified via their registered email address. The delivery partner will wait at the location for a maximum of **fifteen (15) minutes**. If no response is received through the registered email within the 15-minute period, the order will be officially marked as "Attempted Delivery."
Once an order is marked as "Attempted Delivery" due to any of the listed scenarios, **refunds or redelivery will not be possible.**
We are unable to offer a pick-up option for attempted deliveries. For security and operational reasons, the contact numbers of individual drivers cannot be shared.
15. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to make our services available to any entity that requests them. Conversely, we shall not be answerable to anybody for our decision to **decline to serve any particular individual, organization, group, or business unit** purely based on our own discretion.
16. Governing Law and Amendments
Floribee reserves the right to make changes to its terms and conditions at any time. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any principles of conflicting laws.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with Floribee's Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other rules and policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Floribee concerning your use of and material available on the site.
18. Customer Communication Consent
By placing an order, I am aware that Floribee may contact me through transactional and promotional calls, emails, and text messages sent to the phone number and email address I registered with them.
19. Feedback and Quality Assurance
Since Floribee's mission is to ensure the finest customer service and the highest quality products, the company may contact the recipient to get feedback on its performance.
20. Handling Unethical or Fraudulent Orders
In the event an order is made unethically, this will be considered possible evidence of fraud. The company reserves the right to work closely with appropriate law enforcement agencies and take necessary steps. The incident will be reported to the police or any other appropriate body.
21. Account Deletion
To delete your account, send an email with the subject line **"Termination"** to support@floribee.com. Our team will contact you to confirm the termination. Once confirmed, you will no longer be able to log in, access your account, recover or change material, or receive communications from Floribee. Your account will be deactivated within thirty (30) days of the request. You may contact our support staff before the thirty days are up if you change your mind.
